The complimentary breakfast was decent and the hotel had a nice aesthetic. Plus, it was convenient that the hotel was located close to local attractions.
My experience with the hotel's reservation process was absolutely terrible. the staff's lack of professionalism and communication left me feeling cheated and lost.

We appreciated the comfortable beds and the stylish decor in the rooms. The location was also convenient for exploring nearby attractions and had easy access to public transportation. the breakfast provided a satisfying start to our day with a varied selection of fresh food.
Despite showing our confirmation details, it was difficult to get assistance and we felt unwelcome as guests. It was a disappointing contrast to an otherwise pleasant stay.
